Features
Work surface
Both the MDF version with linoleum top layer and the thick 13mm glass plate are very suitable for working on. There is a 5mm self-healing cutting mat on both.
Rubber roller
The roller has a soft 15mm coating which means that all applications are delivered without bubbles. The roller fixes both the foil and the sheet material, laminating foil or application tape so that nothing can shift. The pneumatic pressure is easily adjustable.
LED lighting
The BubbleFree LED is equipped with Samsung LED elements and is perfectly lit.
Electrical height adjustment
Optionally, every BubbleFree Pro table can be equipped with an electric elevation so that the table can be adjusted between 85 and 110 cm.
Electric controls
The roller can be operated on both sides of the table with electric buttons that raise and lower the roller. The maximum throughput is 60mm.
Pneumatic control unit
The pressure of the roller must be between 2.0 and 3.0 bar and this can be easily adjusted by the pneumatic control unit. With 2 bar pressure foam board can be laminated or glued without damaging it. For more sensitive materials, the pressure should be tried beforehand. The pneumatics are made of high-quality Festo and Hafner parts
